I had a wonderful experience with Kandy. She was absolutely amazing! Her customer service was fantastic and she went out of way to help me. I really appreciate it and hope to see her again in the future.
Bad customer service
I have been a member for over 10 years. I moved to NC in 2017. The only account I use at this bank now is my credit card. I have never missed a payment. I pay all of my bills in the beginning of the month because that is when we get paid in Cabarrus county. When I tried to pay my bill today my Wells Fargo account was flagged and I couldn't make a payment. I called customer service and was told that it was locked because I didn't make a full payment last month. In order to use my Wells Fargo account I had to pay an $8 fee. If... read more
