Kathie was awesome! She very efficiently assisted me in opening both checking and savings accounts. She was very knowledgeable about the product offerings and suggested those that stored my banking needs. She also informed four special CD rates and all the fees associated with banking services. Lastly she helped me set up the banking app and showed me how to find account and bank routing numbers. It was a great experience I would highly recommend the Eustis branch.
Today I came to the bank just to deposit some checks. When I did, I had a lot of questions. Kathie was able to help me with all of my many inquiries. She is very knowledgeable and kind, the way that you would like a customer service person to be. She treated me with respect, dignity, and was able to answer all of my questions efficiently.
