On Saturday, October 17, 2026 my husband and I made a visit to find out information on one of our accounts and Mrs. Guaymi Maldonado was very, very helpful. She took care of the situation that we had went there for and educated us with information about other ways on how to make money with our accounts.
Crystal Johnson (AVP branch manager)was a great help she gave me good advice and she really sweet and understanding. And zugeily Echevarria also help me transfer the money even when I was confused she helped me and my dad understand and explain it to us countless of times
My dad and I walked in, and Leslie was extremely nice and helpful. She helped us with our transaction quickly and even gave us some information on credit cards.
