THIS MEDSPA IS NOT FOLLOWING NC CORPORATE PRACTICE OF MEDICINE WHICH REQUIRES IT TO BE OWNED BY A DOCTOR. Not only is there NO Medical Director identified but this person is calling herself a "practitioner" on the Janeapp. I went to get my brows, eyes, & a lip flip done & was charged $695. The receipt does not identify the number of units injected because Shemia Garner CANNOT inject without a medical director as Botox is a prescription. My entire eye area showed no change.
