Their furniture is nice but the customer service at the Aventura store is abysmal. Impossible to get a response within a decent time. Even when I was trying to place an order the customer rep couldn’t be bothered to respond to my emails and then of course the furniture was 4 weeks delayed and there again I had to email several times to draw a response from them.

I had an exceptional experience with Addison House, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about my sales representative, Jennifer Grossman. From the very beginning, Jennifer was incredibly professional,knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the furniture selections.
