Terrible sales staff working at this store. Had to go twice to get prices. No follow ups, nothing.
I worked with Jennifer Grossman who was excellent, knowledgeable designer and creative for your furniture requirements. The Addison House furniture prices are on the pricey side, but the quality is impeccable. The one complaint I have is buyer beware as the delivery charges are excessive. I have furnished several homes and have never been charged such exorbitant prices for delivery.
