Great installment, but customer service really needs to be worked on. My parents’ english is not good, and they asked me to call them because they paid this company for repairs and installment, but it wasn’t fully finished. I just asked if they were going to finish the rest of the repairs, and the gentleman on the phone started to get worked up, aggressive, defensive, and have an attitude problem.
Don't waste your time calling if you manage properties/ apartments; they'll basically tell you they're not interested in the business.
Good service. Fair prices.
