I’d like to take this opportunity to thank management and the staff of Addington Gardens . I was recommended to this rest home from a good friend that had his dad in there some time ago. It was a very hard decision to put Mum into care. With Mum’s decline in health, it was more than we could provide her at home. Since Mum has been in here, her health has improved beyond expectation. The place itself was okay, but the attitude of the lady from the office (her name was Tony, or something similar) was very disappointing. She came across as quite rude and had a lot of attitude. Customer service could definitely be improved.

So pleased I visited Addington Gardens when asked to look for secure dementia care for a family member. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We chose one of the large, warm, ensuite rooms. The communal lounge is homely and open planned with many daily activities and visiting entertainment. I have confidence that this next stage in my relatives life is in good hands.
