I really enjoyed my shopping trip today. The lady who assisted me was super sweet and helpful. I needed an anniversary gift and she helped me choose a beautiful silver tray and put it in a nice gift bag with a bow. My toddler was with me and she was so sweet to her. Great customer service and selection. I will be back!
I couldn’t even experience the store. I looked on Google Maps, Alexa, and THE DOOR OF THE STOOR. All said the store was open. Yet, I pull and door and, nothing. I was jumping outside, crying out for a jellycat. Disappointing.

If I could rate less than 1 I would! The owner of this store is so rude. My family and I have shopped here for years. I had an item I bought for myself (Karen Adam's calendar refill) and also received as a gift. I spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars here at Christmas. I asked him if I could exchange for notecards or something else in the store since I don't need two. The lady agreed and he jumped in and said "no". He was so rude and told me to gift it To someone. Terrible customer service, rude & arrogant. There is no reason to be nasty toward a customer. What a poor representation of our great city.
