These guys are the main point of contact between us and our (small) HOA board for some reason. They are either not very communicative or the HOA board is incredibly forgetful, as concerns I've fielded for years still seem to be unknown. (I found out at the annual meeting recently that verification for certain items that I'd forwarded via Add-Rite long ago was still "needed", even though I had already provided it. This is why I email them directly now, but Add-Rite of course doesn't give out that info.)
