Addon used to be my go-to for over 20 years. Stay away. This year, go in for testing and they tell me nitrates are high and need to dump entire pool and restart. Never had this, but OK. Did it and spent around a thousand on salt and chemicals. 30K gallons water. In 30 years, I can't remember ever having that. They are a family owned local business with great staff and employees. The pools are built well and their mason is excellent.
Their advice after testing my water was bizarre. Not good
I have been a loyal customer for 30 years, and today when I called them because my filter wasn't working, they came right out and fixed the problem. They were Very nice and professional.
