We purchased an office chair from Adco a few years ago which has been fantastic. Yesterday, I called Adco and spoke with Karl regarding the potential repair of another chair (gaming chair not in warranty) which we purchased elsewhere as Adco does not sell this type of chair. Karl was extremely helpful and offered his services to totally rebuilt the base and gas strut of this chair for us at a very competitive rate.
