Went for some colon hydrotherapy with Jen and absolutely recommend it. I've been getting various treatments all over our Eath and here I've felt the most warm, comfortable, safe and healthy. Will be coming back and recommending.
Just took a color and sound class with Autumn from Adawehi. It was given at the college in Columbus. (Isothermal) Autumn is a wonderful teacher, and the class covered information that can be so help with everyday life. Highly recommend!!
I have participated in a variety of activities offered at Adawehi - classes, informal gatherings, seasonal celebrations, and a weekend Relationship Retreat. The care and planning that goes into these events is obvious. I just completed a short course taught by Autumn Singleton at ICC in Columbus - Healing Through Colors and Sound. I have grown from all of these encounters, and I’m deeply appreciative of the resources that Adawehi provides for our community.
I had such an amazing experience visiting the wellness village. Hidden House was beautiful and comfortable. Our hostesses were very friendly! We enjoyed meditating with them during the mornings. We also had fun volunteering the community work weekend and having game night. We got to meet so many wonderful people! The food from the store was delicious. The walking path and labyrinth were so serene. I highly recommend walking them. I am excited to return in the future!
