I started attending Adaptletics after a brain tumor and resection surgery left me with major physical deficits with my balance, coordination, endurance and strength being affected, at age 27. Since attending Adaptletics I have made significant improvements in all areas and have continued to advance far past what my medical team had predicted. I have made substantial progress in my ability to return to activities I enjoyed before my illness such as traveling by plane, traveling for my job, visiting friends’ houses, and more. ... read more

I’ve trained with Chris for about 4.5 years now, long before Adaptletics officially opened, and I’ve honestly followed him from job to job because the experience is that different. Adaptletics may only be about 1.5 years old, but what happens there reflects years of thought, learning, and care behind it. Dr. Chris Carroll brings an incredible mix of medical knowledge, positivity, and a mindset that everything is possible. He meets you where you are, takes the time to truly understand your goals, and then keeps raising the ba... read more

For the past year, our son, who has a brain injury, has been working out at Adaptletics with Chris and it has truly been life-changing. We searched for nearly 10 years for a place like this: a neurologic physical therapy gym that understands both the science of recovery and the individual behind the diagnosis. What makes Adaptletics so special is that it is a gym, not a hospital. The atmosphere is motivating, energetic, and empowering. Instead of feeling like a patient, our son feels like a teenager working out. That shift a... read more

Chris and Adaptletics is exceptional in every way. I met Chris and heard great things after my spinal cord injury, but it wasn't until about 2 years post injury had the opportunity to work with him. I really wish it was sooner. From day one, his level of care, attention, commitment, and compassion is above and beyond. Chris listens carefully and tailors a thoughtful, personalized approach. What really sets Chris apart is his motivation and encouragement. He consistently pushes you to achieve more than you think you can, whil... read more

It's hard to put into words the positive impact Chris has had on my family. My husband suffered a massive stroke in 2023 and lost all movement on his right side. After intense in-patient rehab, my husband was making progress but still had a long way to go. That's when a mutual friend introduced us to Chris. Chris' positivity and innovative rehab treatments enable my husband to do exercises we never thought were possible. When my husband goes to Adaptletics, he doesn't feel like a sick patient. He feels like an athlete traini... read more
