I cannot say enough about the experience that I had with this company! Eddy was very helpfulI! I was bringing my mom from Florida to Saratoga Springs for my daughter’s wedding. I needed a lift chair recliner for her to sleep in at the hotel we were staying. Eddy was so accommodating! I have used Adaptive equipment on several occasions for repairs to my scooter caused by airline handling. Both times the repairs were completed quickly and professionally. The work exceeded my expectations! I have also made purchases and their prices are comparable to internet stores and I prefer to do business with local merchants.
I recently had reason to rent a scooter for one day from "Adaptive Equipment Enterprises" and Eddie the owner is everything the reviews say about him. He is a great guy who does all he can to work with and satisfy his customers. I highly recommend him to all who have a need to rent or buy a scooter.
Eddie is very professional. The customer service is out of this world. They take the time to fill out your warranty information, so you don’t have too. Very patient with my Mum. Would recommend him to anyone asking. Thank you again Eddie, your services enable my Mum to continue her independence.
