Very easy process to book and return and response time was quick. The van was clean and instructions for wheelchair access was easy to follow.
My mother's rental was very nice and clean on the outside until the rain lol thank you whoever cleaned it and helped my mother for this process.
This place is very informative and helpful. They do their best to meet all your needs. Sam knows how to make you feel comfortable. Looking to get some installations for my grandad and Sam is very knowledgeable . Will return soon.
My rental was beyond clean thanks to the Porter Eric and the receptionist who helped was so nice.
