Their OTP is a scam, so I imagine the whole company is. The OTP director is deceitful and lacks compassion, which just doesn't work in an industry like this. They aren't there to help people overcome addictions but rather to make sure they stay addicted and coming in. We begged to be helped--to be titrated off medication that was hurting our bodies and to be helped out the door because we didn't get any connections here, and we got the exact opposite that we asked for. Terrible service. Absolutely horrendous personnel at intake over the phone. I am calling around from out of state, on behalf of family member to try and get some help. This particular woman was rude, non-empathetic and extremely unpersonable. Once I asked for a supervisor to speak with so that I may get the information I needed efficiently as well as report the behavior of the staff member I was speaking to, that staff member hung up on me.
