Dayana is the BEST massage therapist I've seen in years, very mindful and knowledgeable. The staff here are very nice. They offer many group classes that I'm interested in taking. Janeth also has helped me and is very nice! I recommend ADAPT to my local friends who want to get fit and stay healthy.
What an amazing experience here at Adapt with their physical therapist Hiro. He gave me some great information and tips in regards to my injury. Highly recommend him for any athletes experiencing pain or injury.
I had the most amazing experience today with “IRINA”. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and truly cared for. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain the consequences of my injury, pain management strategies, and he showed me helpful exercises I can do on my own. Truly amazing care.
