The Recovery Lounge is amazing. Janet is very informative regarding the best recovery course and I definitely came out feeling 100% better. Definitely recommend
Hiro has been absolutely amazing. I have been dealing with a tear in my ACL and he has been vital to my recovery since then. It’s thanks to his patience and understanding that I’ve been able to regain confidence in my knee and continue doing what I love. I could not thank him enough for everything he’s done. Everyone I’ve interacted with at ADAPT has been so kind and welcoming, thank you.
Sabrina is amazing! I came in with pain and soreness in my lower back and glutes from playing a lot, and her stretching session worked great. I felt so relaxed afterward and so much lighter in my hips, glutes, and lower back. Highly recommend her sessions if you want to release tension and feel great again!
Love this facility! Everyone is so friendly, and I always feel so much better post workout when I come here. Janet is the best. Absolutely try if you haven’t!
