My 1st PT assessment visit with Dr. Valdez (Will):) was the most comprehensive assessment I've ever had. Nick and Isabel were also very professional and welcoming. I will make ADAPT my new fitness center!

Dayana is the BEST massage therapist I've seen in years, very mindful and knowledgeable. The staff here are very nice. They offer many group classes that I'm interested in taking. Janeth also has helped me and is very nice! I recommend ADAPT to my local friends who want to get fit and stay healthy.
