there’s an elder woman and a chunky lady with brown hair, a little younger, who work at the desk. They are absolutely disgusting with their attitude!! I have been nothing but nice. I kept the very calm and Collective tone.. they are very impatient and very ugly. I can’t imagine leaving my grandparents here where there’s nothing but seniors were you need to have the upmost respect and patience for others. disgusting.
