The follow up customer service for personal tax filing services is beyond poor. Took 5 weeks and the tax professional used an address from 2 years ago rather than the address provided on each and every form to include W2's resulting in all our personal information mailed to someone else. The staff then insinuated it was our issue because we didn't make the changes upon reviewing the electronic filing.Their $325 fee for a simple return was the same as the fee charged for a complex return filed last year and when we questioned... read more
