The pictures show a lovely looking home and settings although the reviews are from past members of staff who clearly was asked to write a review! As also a past member of staff I can clearly state that the home is run down. The staff were clearly untrained to meet the residents needs and requirements and incidents were not being documented. Staff was witnessed to being abusive towards residents. Horrible place to put any of your loved ones.
Excellent care and mummy loves it. Always a welcoming atmosphere for relatives. Activities that people love.
Lovelly home residents well.looked after very clean home extremely good staff
