My husband and I dropped off our taxes (out of season, not in the busy tax season) to get a second opinion. My husband called a couple of weeks after he dropped them off to inquire about the status, and the person who answered the phone told him that she was busy and hung up on him. After another six weeks with no contact, he finally went and got them today. They had our information for almost two months and never even bothered looking at them. I would not recommend.
