I was the winning bidder at a CT Foreclosure Auction on Jan 6, 2024. Adams was the Committe Atty at the Auction. He is thee worst Committee Attorney handling foreclosure auctions in the State of CT! This guy offers deals to his friends before properties go to auction. He lies to you at the auction about how bad things are in order for you to walk away so he or his friend can get the property at a reduced rate.
