When I called today I expected to speak to a paralegal, instead I spoke when an attorney, Matthew Adams. He advised me 3 different options to deal with the collection agency. I filed a dispute using the advice he gave me. I was going to draft a letter to collections agency but before I could my dispute was resolved and removed from my account.
