This is my experience: We hired mason pokorney from this firm last year to go after a pool company for us. Mason began by writing a demand letter which was immediately rejected from the pool company. He than began to engage in lengthy emails back and forth with said pool company, racking up a MASSIVE bill for us which we were not advised of until the bill was mailed! I have had a fantastic experience with Adams Reese in Tampa and my attorney Ric Asfar. Ric has represented me multiple times and he really is a one of a kind attorney. He's as much an advisor as he is an attorney, thoughtfully laying out options and the pros and cons of each decision. He truly cares about the outcome of each case and the well-being of his clients. Very highly recommended.
Extremely frustrating experience. Communication was consistently poor, and we never received a clear or efficient response despite multiple attempts. They were quick to send lengthy, detailed documents, but completely ineffective when it came to basic communication, reconciling the account, or working toward a fair solution.
