Zac at Adam's is one of the best in the business. From technique, to availability to customer relations. I recommend him to all my friends that have top tier athletes
Andrew Mann is the real deal. Worked with him on previous occasions and he always gets me back to running form. Through the years have gone to other PTs but there is no comparison. Andrew is the best!
We selected Adams Performance for our son who injured his back. If you are or have an athlete that needs physical therapy, Adams Performance is the place. Over time they encourage you to bring your gear (glove & bat in this case) to personalize sessions to the individual and isolate the injury for healing. Thank you again for being not only professional, but personal with your patients.
In my opinion there is no better place to train in the Richmond area than Adams Performance. Kyle & Alex run a top notch facility. Kyle was very instrumental in getting my oldest son back on the field for his senior year after suffering a pretty significant arm injury. Alex has done an unbelievable job in helping my youngest getting bigger, faster, stronger. Alex is constantly communicating with my son and tracking his progress. I worked here with Maddison Furman a great physical therapist to rehab a nerve pain in my arm. Maddison was great and helped me with recovering my arm to feel amazing, and the environment there is inclusive and welcome which helps so much.
