I don't usually write reviews, but this company absolutely earned one. I chose them over several other Seattle/local movers, and I have zero regrets. From the start, their communication was responsive and considerate. On moving day, the crew arrived exactly when they said they would, worked quickly, and were genuinely cool throughout the job. Everything about moving is stressful. But this was the one part that wasn't.
Unfortunately had a very poor experience with this company. They billed us more than double the original estimate. We had to pay extra when their staff missed the ferry, which was not our fault. Their communication was not good and the management was unprofessional. I clearly labeled boxes that contained fragile items and almost every box was delivered with broken items, probably 25-35 broken dishes- many were family heirlooms. Could not recommend Adam’s Moving more! Alejandro and Caleb were kind, efficient and professional.
Adam’s has helped me with two moves now and I was pleased with both experiences. They get it done faster than quoted and work together efficiently and with respect for your belongings. Always a nice crew and I so appreciate their help.
This is the third time I’ve used Adam’s Moving in the last 2 years and each time was great. The latest crew of Anthony, Rico, and Joe were on time, polite, friendly and so fast! I appreciated their communication, respectful handling of my items, and efficiency.
