I worked with mr Cody couple of times he is great so calm and understandable
Worst experience with a brokerage house ever. Called to check up on a load that I have met all the requirements for, and the rep has told me that he has us on DNU. I checked regarding that situation and we have never even had a load with them, let alone made a problem on one. He was very unprofessional and did not want to point out the details for me to have a look at. Very shady. 0/5
More than 10hrs at a paper plant in Lawton Ok . Informed my company that brokered a load from you ppl and told that it's undecided if I the driver held up at the shipper recently will see compensation for detention time that I'm owed . A broker rep with Adam's Moncrief is arguing on if the earned detention will be honored. I'll be highly leary to ever haul another load thru for this Adam's Moncrief operation . Would rate zero stars if that was an option .
