Incredibly hard to communicate with and uncooperative to deal with. Mrs. Adams was unable to even call the client she was representing by the correct name during mediation for settlements. Overall incredibly unprepared and unprofessional.
If I could, I would give 0 stars. But unfortunately there’s NO OPTION!!! At a time of the death of my daughter and having paid for a Will 3 years ago….Ms.Adams failed to retain a Copy in her files… which btw is legally supposed to remain with her for 10 years!!!! Ms Adams when asked to sign an affidavit confirming she was paid for the service… told her secretary to she is unwilling to do so!!!!! Very unprofessional on her part and at this time has caused EXTREME DURESS FOR MYSELF AND MY DAUGHTERS CHILDREN!!! I might add the ... read more
My sister hired Nkasi Adam’s to prepare her will, and after she passed away our family learned that the this lawyer did not keep a copy of the will, did not keep any drafts or file notes, and had no record of the work she was charged for. The lawyer also refused to provide an affidavit confirming that my sister even paid for the will, simply because their own records were incomplete. My personal worst experience with a lawyer ever! Not only did she seem to be helping the other guy but she refused to resign when requested due to incompetence wich caused my case to get strung out for years ,wasting everyone's time and tax dollars since she was appointed by legal aid. And now I'm stuck with a bill for a lawyer that pretty much screwed me over . I wouldn't wish this lawyer on anyone,even an enemy.
