Contacted them about an issue with a car dealership, was told id be called back, never heard from them again. Could have called, texted, emailed, told me i had no case, called me the tooth fairy and told me to fly away, any of those options I feel are better for an attorney than disappearing.
Horrible experience. You have to remind them multiple times to get anything done. Then the documents they write up are wrong. I had to proofread everything they did for ridiculous mistakes. I had to submit documents multiple times because they lost them. They rarely even respond to emails or calls. They still have not completed all the paperwork for my case that went to court over 6 months ago.
