Very friendly, helpful and professional.
Nothing but good thing's to say about this place. Chris goes out of his way to help his customers and the receptionist is so nice. They also have complimentary coffee or hot chocolate for their customers.

This was my first purchase of hearing aids so I had a lot of questions, and frankly reservations. Chris Adams was very considerate and thorough in going over my hearing situation and my options. He offered me the opportunity to take home and try two different hearing aids at different price points for several days each so that I could make an informed decision.
