Repair window was good but Go to pick up window that they called was done only to find there was dirt and a bug between the two panes. Said come back in 30 minutes. Over 1-1/2 hour later and still not done. Where is the quality control. Gave us $20 back.

I had a very challenging repair to half of an oval glass-topped table and Adams did a superb job. I took in the intact half of the table, they made a pattern, and within a couple of days the glass was ready to be re-inserted in the table frame. Kegan, the technician who helped me, was very polite, professional, and obviously experienced in thinking up creative solutions to my problem. I worked with Adams Glass about two years ago to replace a piece of glass in my door, and the experience was excellent. Their customer service was great, and the turnaround time for the custom glass was fast. I recently reached out again for a similar project, and they exceeded expectations once more. The custom glass was cut and ready even faster than the estimated timeline.
