The furniture you can buy is not bad quality, but if for some reason you need to return something, they will not take it back. The Managers and Supervisers don't help you at all. I spent $2470.00 in furniture, but I needed to return a small table because I couldn't fit my TV. They did not want to take it back.I could have take them to court, but it wasn't worth it the hassle since the table was only $300.00..They have a bad Customer Service in that store.
From the minute we step in the store till we got delivered our items everyone was amazing. Vanessa and The gentleman delivery Eric and Brian were wonderful. They all go above and beyond for our needs. They were all professionals and understanding what our needs were. Everything was delivered excatly time and they make us HAPPY. You have a great Team. In 2017 they delivered the completely wrong bedroom set that I ordered for my elderly mother but she was not displeased so we kept it and it did not become a major issue that it could have been. The customer service was painful and poor. I recently purchased a piece of furniture for my living room. I'm sorry I gave them another chance. Today is Sept 11 and I finished paying off my piece the other day. During last Black Friday sale, I went to buy some bedroom furniture in this store. I asked the about their announced discount for those furnitures and they said they don't have any. I purchased furnitures and then waited for delivery. Next Day, I was seeing their same discount offer (which was declined to me) online. I bought same furnitures online and all those discounts were applied. That price was $100.00 lower than what I paid for the same items.
