My experience with this company has been a nightmare. They keep delaying delivery and I honestly dont know if Ill be getting my furniture at this point. I would not recommend Adams Family Furniture to anyone based on my experience. Id give zero starts if I could.
The furniture you can buy is not bad quality, but if for some reason you need to return something, they will not take it back. The Managers and Supervisers don't help you at all. I spent $2470.00 in furniture, but I needed to return a small table because I couldn't fit my TV. They did not want to take it back.I could have take them to court, but it wasn't worth it the hassle since the table was only $300.00..They have a bad Customer Service in that store.
From the minute we step in the store till we got delivered our items everyone was amazing. Vanessa and The gentleman delivery Eric and Brian were wonderful. They all go above and beyond for our needs. They were all professionals and understanding what our needs were. Everything was delivered excatly time and they make us HAPPY. You have a great Team. I purchased a sectional 2 1/2 months ago for almost $1400.00, the delivery date has been pushed back 2 times , as of today it was supposed to be delivered and they never received it from their manufacturer so I never received the sectional, I demanded my money be refunded and was told I have to come down to the store to have it put back into my bank account which will take 5-7 days on top of already waiting 75 days for a section that I never received. This store is a joke and so is their management and customer service.
They have quality products but their customer care is the worst l recently bought a bed set to be delivered in Woburn, they told me they will call for the delivery time but for some reason no one called though early Thursday morning they delivered the bed when l wasn’t home ,thank God my roommate was home and signed for it but they did setup the bed and left it lying in my basement. Very poor experience and poor service for online customers. I placed an order for sofa in month of May. I didn't got any update from them and site was not giving visibility so i call them and they said you will get product in month of July, they didn't mentioned when they were taking an order on site and also they didn't marked an out of stock. Lo peor q me pudo pasar es comprar algo en ese lugar uno tiene q llamar a pedir información sobre el delivery pedí una cama un sofá y un juego de salas espere 3 semanas para q después me dijeran q la cama ya la habían vendido fui a cobre otra y me cobraron 300 dólares mas x esa y después q me llega el delivery no me llegó Ni completo y ahora q llame es q tengo q esperar 4 semanas mas para ver si tiene el sofá y nunca me informaron de nada todo es llamar a la tienda uno y ver si le dan la gana de dar información mal servicio
