Adams County Assessor employee abuses his position and title, harasses neighbors with county vehicle and uses his child’s condition as an excuse. Employee takes personal vehicle to work and leaves assigned Adams County Assessor vehicle parked at home to reserve multiple parking spots in front of his residence. His assigned vehicle has also been parked in front of several neighbor’s homes taking up multiple spots and preventing neighbor’s from parking. lacking in customer service. Appraisers are inconsistent with applying mandated appraisal. Property Tax Appeal process is nothing short of a SHAM! Arrogant Appraisers. Time to Elect NEW County Appraiser ‼️
