Been at this bank for about 4-5 years. Recently my employer has been bouncing my checks due to personal reasons. Therefore there have been overdraft fees. Over the course of this time I have only been able to waive one of these fees even though, “if it isn’t your fault we can waive them” has been told to me be multiple employees. Loved this bank for 5 years with our free checking. Then without any notice they changed the details on the account and started charging service fees. When we questioned why, we were told that the person who "sold" us this product, over promised 5 years ago and that they were "correcting" the mistakes that previous employees had made. However, we can get the same product except you have to maintain a $1500 balance to get the same "deal".
