Their website truly needs some upgrades. Very inconvenient to use, can't do much on it. Also, getting a hold of someone in branch is nearly impossible. When you have a banker assigned to you no one else is allowed to help you. So if that person is not at work, you are screwed.
Adam’s bank charged an 8 dollar fee for inactivity on a checking account, then charge another 150 dollars worth of charge off for them putting it into negative with their fee then closed the account. No wonder everyone is using online banking through companies like chime now. I would be ashamed to work for such a dishonest company. Criminal organizations are more trustworthy than this bank.
I own Donut Haus in Loveland and Adams Bank is the Best! Personal service of a small local bank, but they have all of the products to meet our various business and personal banking needs.
