Just avoid horrible mistakes on multiple levels. Customer service will not help. They put you on the back of a line. They can't take care of something that they've messed up on until they get the time to fix it, That's if they take the time to fix it. They don't care about you getting your money other than you paying them

Nothing you do as a business really matters if your front desk/reception staff is rude to your customers every opportunity she gets. I've been getting my taxes done here for four years, I've had almost all positive experiences with Amanda who prepared my taxes for those years. This year she did make a mistake, but she also addressed it promptly and told me that they would refund me the penalties and interest incurred because of it. It is unbelievable this place is in business. Can't bother to show up for appointments. Would not trust an office that can't keep an appointment to have the attention to detail required to handle taxes. Very unresponsive. Believe the numerous bad reviews of this company.
