I have had a fantastic experience with Adams Reese in Tampa and my attorney Ric Asfar. Ric has represented me multiple times and he really is a one of a kind attorney. He's as much an advisor as he is an attorney, thoughtfully laying out options and the pros and cons of each decision. He truly cares about the outcome of each case and the well-being of his clients. Very highly recommended.
Extremely frustrating experience. Communication was consistently poor, and we never received a clear or efficient response despite multiple attempts. They were quick to send lengthy, detailed documents, but completely ineffective when it came to basic communication, reconciling the account, or working toward a fair solution. Instead of resolving the issue, they sent 25-page documents that addressed nothing. The process felt unnecessarily prolonged, seemingly to allow more interest and fees to accumulate.
