Rich is in the process of doing our taxes for the 6th year in a row. He's very knowledgeable and helps remind us of all the necessary documents and receipts that we need for what seems like a maze of confusion. He makes a stressful activity much easier to complete.
Was extremely rude after I had called to get more clarification on what was happing with some tax problems going on in my family. Told me that I don’t listen even tho this was the first time I had talk to him. The conversation ended with him hanging up on me. I tried calling back but would no longer pick up. Do not use this guy he is rude and unprofessional.
We were very pleased with how helpful and knowledgeable Rich was with our taxes. He had them done quickly and was also able to explain how the new tax codes will affect us next year.
