I called Friday evening about getting a dress altered by May 1st, the lady I spoke to told me to bring it in as soon as I could, I asked if Monday was fine and she said yes. I got there about 10:45am, 15 minutes after they opened and stated I had called last week about getting a dress altered for May 1st. She told me she was too busy. I relayed that I had called last week, and was told I could bring it in on Monday, her response was "sorry".
