They double counted my estimated tax payments falsely leading me to believe I was getting a refund. They waited til the last minute to file my return, which had errors in it. Ended up paying IRS penalties and interest, which they refused to reimburse me for. Overall sloppy and unapologetic. There’s thousands of other CPAs who can do a much better job.

This was my first and last time doing taxes with Adam Traywick CPAs. The beginning of the experience was great, the end not so much. I turned my stuff in to them in time and well before the tax date 4/15. Not only did they not have my taxes done until right before the tax date which then put me in a bind to get them paid ASAP to not get penalties and my taxes sent in late, but it made it to where if I wanted the taxes amended or reviewed, I didn’t have time. We are local in the area and this was the first time that we have used Adam Traywick. Riley was our rep and he was amazing and patient - their advice was correct and they had outstanding communication the whole time. Im strangely looking forward to tax time next year so I can talk to them again.
I switched to Adam Traywick last November for help with filing my business tax returns. His team also found some refunds I could claim on prior year personal returns. Who wouldn't be happy with found money?
