I looked forward to working with Adam but I was quite disappointed. I had a meeting set for today, September 20th, 2023 @ 1:30pm with Adam to discuss small business tax needs. I was called yesterday by a lady to confirm the appointment. Adam was late and didn’t even remember that he had a meeting. What was the point in the confirmation call? I get it, but you can’t blame someone that gets called by your firm to make sure I’m going to be there. I took the time and effort to be there a few minutes early and I was passed over. ... read more
