A driver was leaving my business complex and instead of waiting for me to turn right out of the parking lot he went around me and bolted into oncoming traffic and went alllll the way across 3 lanes to get to the Uturn lane and then completely did the UTurn incorrectly. Hope they weren't in the middle of transporting anyone's handicap relative
