Adam is very knowledgeable and gave me a very quick loan pre-approval and then actual approval. His initial numbers seemed to good to be true. But when it came time to nail down numbers his actual loan rate and loan payment were better than his initial estimate! I wouldn't hesitate to contact Adam with any questions or to get a quick loan approval!
Adam was very easy to work work. He made a home purchase and a refi process go very smooth. He was very honest about the process and made it as stress less as he possibly could.
It was absolutely wonderful to work with Adam Tice, he assisted my fiance and I with our first home loan. Adam was professional, helpful, and very responsive. All the questions and concerns that we had he was able to explain and educate us in. No matter the time Adam was always available and eager to help.
