Adam and New Dominion fumbled a deal of mine and you should think twice, or better yet, 3x before using them. They were representing the buyer (VA loan) of a listing of mine. We had a 30 day settlement in place. Less than 24 hours prior to settlement, Adam tells me the underwriter denied the loan. Reason being: the buyer owned a rental property that had tenants (income) but since the property hasn’t had at least 2 years of rent, it won’t qualify as income. Adam was so helpful, resourceful, and responded quickly. I own my own business which can make getting a mortgage more challenging and he looked at all the angles to help us find the best fit for us. He communicated directly, quickly, and was very supportive. He was great about answering all of my questions and making sure I understood the options. I highly recommend him!
