It's a law office, and they deal with debt as well. I have zero information on any defense attorney business, my review will be on the debtors side and a bill going to them. First, most people that complain about debts going to lawfirms for garnishment have little to no accountability. Yes you accrued the debt, yes you have not been paying on the debt and yes the original client will get their money, if that includes garnishment; it's apart of life, be an adult and manage your finances better. This is a theif of a company, avoid them at all costs. Called 12 times over two weeks and left a message every time, never received a call back. Only to be met with an additional $500 fee because "I didn't make the payment in time to avoid fees" This is a criminal company and has been reported to the BBB.
I would leave a big FAT ZERO if I could. Adam and Veronica are very hard to contact if not impossible, they do not fallow through on what has been spoken about and recorded for their records. Their office staff does not communicate nor work with you on a plan to move forward with your case. They do not seem to care about what your legal rights actually are and as a practicing law firm that is very concerning. Seems to me like they all need to go back and review their law books. A law office that has no sympathy for anything. Rude call takers. And the office doesn't allow emails. They live in the 80s/90s and still require everything to be faxed, making it even more inconvenient for their account holders. I can't wait until I'm done with this office.
