I would highly recommend Adam to anyone wanting to lose weight, eat healthy and reduce sugar cravings. He is very easy to talk to. He is understanding and makes you feel relaxed and safe. After one session, I no longer have cravings for unhealthy food, and don't need to reach for chocolate in times of stress.
