Several years ago tried to get a caregiver contract drawn up for my aging father in law. Never received the contract or got a call back
Lost my business immediately with return call from my voicemail. The guy sounded like it was a total disservice to speak to me, like I ruined his day by trying to set up a consultation. I didn’t get a name, but the unwelcoming tone and mocking my hello was too over the top for me to not say something about it.
