All my husband needed was blood work done or a script for blood work! After making him drive there for nothing and taking our money (because you know it always about the money) the Dr did a tele-health call which he could have done while at home! He doesn’t have covid and we are disgusted that this seems to be the only thing they wish to check for! Did people suddenly stop having heart problems during this time! Terrible communication why listen to us, we might know what we are asking about. Waste of time and money!

RecommendedThe inspira employees are compassionate, caring and on the frontline to care for every patient now and always. EVS department, Lab technicians, Cardio dept., Medical Imagining, CNA’s, Nursing, Physicians etc. are an amazing group of dedicated individuals who put their own life on the line and give 100% of themselves to each patient. I am so proud of them all and also to be part of this incredible inspira family. 💙
Improve, they need to start from scratch. They got paid by my car accident and instead of billing my secondary for the balance, they billed for the entire amount AGAIN. Now I will have to fix this with Medicare. They are just as incompetent as they were when they were Newcomb.
I just heard that the nurses are not receiving new masks and gloves daily during this pandemic. HOW DARE ANY MEDICAL FACILITY PUT THESE PEOPKES LIVES AT STAKE FOR A FEW BUCKS. THIS NEEDS TO END RIGHT NOW!!!!
Never had such a low-rent and horrible experience. Never been treated so cruelly by staff. Claimed they could not get my medicine- that I brought w me and they allowed someone to essentially steal and carry out of the hospital- cause it was new- and they were a satellite hospital. This place is a sham and shouldn’t be allowed to operate- all while blaming their negligence and improper actions on being a “satellite “ hospital. Just open doctor offices or run as an urgent care. This does not deserve the title of hospital.
