Fantastic customer service!! Silas always helps me out and they’re such an amazing human. Friendly, very knowledgeable, and great at creating an informative atmosphere where no one feels pressured or awkward with demos. If nothing else come see what they might recommend for your comfort level and situation :) it’ll be worth it! Great selection too, best I’ve found in-person around east side Atlanta.
Customer service was okay, product is trash. I wasted almost 75$ for a toy that she tested in the store and then didn’t work when I got home. Since there are no returns or exchanges I can’t even get my money back. When I reached out online to customer I basically have to pay to ship it to them EVEN THOUGH i spent almost 100$ in store already!! All of that to get a replacement of the same faulty product. I will never purchase from here again.
