As a court-appointed GAL, they submitted a letter to the judge recommending nearly 50/50 custody for a man who sexually assaulted me - despite clear and serious safety concerns. I expected a Guardian ad Litem to advocate in the best interest of the child and take trauma and abuse seriously. Instead, I felt unheard, unsupported, and retraumatized. HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM. I slent 4 years ans over $10,000 and ge did NOT get the job done. He never disclosed that he wasn't a litigator which is why he drug my case out. Basically he was dishonest. I fired him. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM
Complete lack of respect. Also, once knowing the father of the person looking for a lawyer, he RAISED the fee from $2,500 to $5,000. Find a different lawyer separate from this firm.
