I highly recommend Adam Dash for anyone looking to navigate commercial development in Somerville. Adam represented our 14-unit mixed-use project and proved to be an incredibly competent ally. He guided us through the UDC and the Planning Board swiftly and seamlessly. When development issues inevitably arose, Adam handled them with sharp legal skill and clear communication. If you want an attorney who knows the landscape and delivers real results, Adam is the guy to call.
Communicates to maximize his dollar, will charge you for every call, email, correspondence etc, and wont speak up during board meetings. Also wont create the board presentation for you, has you doing all the running around while he just files and 'shows up'. No performance based results, and he's honestly just not that good!! Considering this is his full time profession, I would expect results. He wont advise you for or against a case, as long as it makes him money.
